Nucleon is equipped with the most advanced production equipment within the domestic industry such as the U slot roller production line, the largest hoist test desk in China which could test hoists up to 100T, plasma cutting machine, full function CNC turning machine, vertical machining centre, CNC heavy-duty floor type boring-milling machine and double-pistol gantry welding. All these machines ensure the solid foundation for the high quality products.
Nucleon has an annual production of 15000 single girder cranes, 3000 double girder cranes and 30000 electric hoists. Also, it owns various production and testing equipment more than 16000 sets. All these
make possible the professional production of the bridge cranes, gantry cranes and light lifting hoists, including 4 main types, 30 series and more over 200 categories, among which the coal series of lifting equipment, ND, NH series wire rope electric hoist and HD electric single-girder crane are in the domestic leading level.
